I work with a guy and we just started working together about 3 weeks ago. Just by what I know about him, I'm really interested in getting to know him more. Thing is, even though we work the same shift, we hardly have time to talk to each other. Its mostly just passing by. I want to know at least the basics before asking him out...if I even get enough courage to ask him out. I'm really quite shy when it comes to guys I like. Another thing is I'm afraid of being too obvious. We work with 6 other people so they will find out if I make it too obvious. I only have 4 1/2 more weeks until our summer job is over! I really want to get to know him before our time is up!

Get to spend an afternoon with him doing chores or some sort of cleaning. I know it sounds funny, but you want him out of element enough so that you can get a feel to his true personality rather than what he would have prepared on a platter for you if you went to say the movies.

Socialize with him, date him, once and awhile. Visit him at his house, once and awhile. Maybe he'll ask you over for dinner, some time. Keep your job, incase he keeps yours, after the summer period,. Chat with him, during the coffee break. Depending on you two jobs, ask him to help you, once and awhile. That way, you'll learn something about him.
