Okay, I know it says for guys, but here's a chicks opinion. Talk to her about it, if you really love her something like this shouldn't matter. If she's getting treatment and you are practicing safe sex when she doesn't have out breaks, there shouldn't be any danger to you... But you should DEF. talk to her, and not just up and leave. That's just cold.
