Have two or more litter boxes in your house. At least one on each level of the house. Be sure to keep it clean at all times. Some cats don't like litter that has perfume in it.
I once had a cat that was afraid of the litter box because it was the type that had a cover over it. Also some cats don't like to share litter boxes with other cats. When you wash the litter box make sure it doesn't have any odor from soap left in it. You might want to pen her or put her in a small room with food, water and bed on one side and litter box on other for a while.
I found most cats only pee a couple times a day so you can keep and eye on her and if she does use the litter box be sure to praise her. I would not let her have much freedom of the house until this problem is solved.
Natures Miracle works great to remove odor in carpets but I don't know about couches?

You need to take her to the litter box and put her in it. Take your finger and scratch the litter a couple of times...then do it again...wait and then again. If the cat won't use the box yet take her out. Wait ten minutes( you need to time this) and do it again. You will need a couple of days to devote attention to this or it won't work..she may get it right away, I don't know each cat is different. When she uses the box, giver her a treat that you will only give her when she uses the box. Then when she uses the box don't forget to give the treat.
Good luck

hi- ok, cats urinate because a million- it marks their territory and a pair of- because what is going in ought to flow out..excellent? :) Your cat can scent this is own urine which signifies that that's okay to keep urinating on your settee and mattress, because it smells this is own heady scent. you want to throughly sparkling your mattress and settee and neutralize the scent of the cat's urine. attempt a answer of one section white vinegar to 2 parts warmth water, and saturate the parts. Launder the mattress linen with a million/4 cup of vinegar mutually inclusive of your ordinary detergent you employ. Vinegar neutralizes the urine "markers" in the places the cat is urinating on. you also favor to substantiate your cat is satisfied with her clutter field. To you, this is in basic terms a clutter field- to a cat that's plenty extra!! in case you do not have one- purchase a clutter field with a lid- so the cat has privateness. Cats quite like privateness even as they're making use of their clutter field. thoroughly sparkling your clutter field- empty each and every of the clutter you've of their on the instantaneous and commence with sparkling, NEW clutter. i recognize this appears like a discomfort, yet whats up attempt it!! To us a clutter field ought to seem sparkling, yet to some cats- it isn't sparkling sufficient and they are very choosy! next- the position is your clutter field placed? even if that's close to too a lot site visitors- your cat received't like it!! attempt a secluded, spot the position no man or woman will hardship her. ascertain you sparkling the clutter field a minimum of two times an afternoon!! again, to us it may't be grimy- yet to a finicky cat that's!! A discomfort i recognize, yet extra constructive than having a cat urinating outdoors of the clutter. not in any respect, not in any respect! Hit or rub your cats nostril in the urine. all people that does this is merciless and could no longer have animals!!! those human beings ought to nicely be stated for animal abuse!! A cat does no longer in a large number of situations flow outdoors of this is clutter field, until eventually something is bothering them, or they're ill. Cats are VERY sparkling animals. I surely have heard the Hartz spray is fairly solid, notwithstanding I surely have not had to apply it considering I surely have finished what I advised you above. :) I had a cat that used to do kinda a similar difficulty. :) attempt what I reported and robust success :)

Everytime you catch her pissing somewhere, take her face and rub her nose in it. Then take her and firmly sit her *** in the litter box. She'll get it.
