green mango with chili-sugar-fish sauce
Ingredients:
3 green mangoes
1/2 daikon
3/4 cup snow peas
1/3 cucumber
1/2 bunch coriander, chopped
***Vinaigrette***
2 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 1/2 tablespoon sambal oeleck (chili paste)
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon Mirin rice wine
Directions:
Combine vinaigrette ingredients.
Peel green mangoes and daikon. Clean and julienne snow peas. Julienne the rest of the vegetables on a mandolin or by hand. Combine all the vegetables and coriander in a medium sized bowl. Toss with vinaigrette. Let sit for at least 1/2 hour before serving, to allow the flavours to meld and for the vegetables to wilt.

Southern Fried Chicken and taco's with a ton of sour cream and fried shrimp diet pepsi or coke! and baked potato and lemon pie and Cole slaw salad's meat loaf mashed potato's breakfast i like a stack of blueberry pancakes top with real blueberry sauce and a dot of butter!, 2 brown eggs fried over easy with a 6 and one half inch sausage in the middle of my eggs and Americans Fry's on the side! and hot cup of coffee with french vanilla cream!

White cheddar cheese popcorn. But I only buy it once a month. Favorite fruit would be pears. Favorite meat - charbroiled skirt steak. Favorite vegetable - snow peas, broccoli, but lately green peppers have been growing on me. Favorite dessert - oh, anything with chocolate.

Tough one!!
I like Chinese food (Chicken and Broccoli w/ fried rice). I also love chesse steakes, fried shrimp. Gosh there is so many i cant list em all.
