Why should India sit back? Just as how US bombed the terrorist organization involved in 9/11, do you think my country, India, cant do the same for what happened on 7/11?

The types of devastations that Mumbai witnessed on 7/11/2006 is just one of the thousands of incidents India has gone through. Though staying in the US we get to see and hear only what the media portrays and as mentioned in http://ia.rediff.com/news/2006/jul/12nri.htm?q=tp&file=.htm , not much we can do about it sitting here; one thing that I have decided is to stop spending any of my money at any Pakistani restaurant/store which would potentially aid the ruthless acts. May be my I am very critical in my comments and I am not sure how helpful my resolution would be for the cause I have in mind; but I shall certainly not be the NRI who thinks "There is nothing I can do, and it hurts"

Morally speaking, India shouldn't have to sit back. An innocent nation has the right to self-defense and to kill or apprehend those who attack it.
Practically speaking, it may or may not be a good idea. Whatever India decides, there will be consequences.

If you mean invading Pakistan, no. Pakistan has nuclear weapons just as India does. If you mean pursuing the islamic fundamentalist abroad, I'd say that is a meritous idea.

personally..i think all freedom loving countries should have super secret organizations dedicated to finding and killing all terrorists with no penalties on them for doing so...look what israel did to those terrorists that killed their athletes in munich...same kind of deal....go after them and make them scared to come out in the daylight....like osama bin laden is now...big terrorist...scared to show his horse face ....
