i can have anything to drink but no soda and the sandwiches can be any kind i can eat them both in the morning or seprate them what do you think. my husband say i will get headaches. i'm 5 '7 and 175 lbs i'm trying to loose after having a baby. any diet ideas that are like mine inexpensive ?

read "Ultrametabolism" by Mark Hyman. excellent book. tells you to stay all natural cut out partially hydrogenated oils and high fructose corn syrup. I guarantee you will lose weight if you follow his plan

I just started a diet (I'm also trying to lose baby weight). I drink one 16 oz glass of water when I wake up. Then I drink 16 oz of water just before I eat a meal, 16 oz during the meal, and 16 oz after the meal. I eat anything I want.
I've only been doing this for about a week, but I feel a lot better.

Good luck with whatever you try. That baby weight is stubborn!

Dieting is unhealthy. What you should do is ignore all those low-carb diets, carbohydrates are broken down by the body into energy. You need to go to a gym to lose weight, and you will be more physically fit. For the results of a $110 diet program you could get a $50 gym membership and get the benefits of physical improvement. Trust me.

does not sound like a good idea - two sandwiches a day? period?

drink anything but sodas? - well fruit juices for example have just as many calories....

what kind of sandwiches? PB&Js on white toast, or are we talking turkey breast w/ lettuce and tomatoes on whole grain?

Stick with something that is proven, rather than trying to develop a plan without enough knowledge on the subject.

I jump started my diet with the hollywood diet and lost 9 lbs in two days, then i ate one folded plain peanut butter sandwhich twice a day after i did my morning workout...yeah u get dizzy sometimes, but stay hydrated. that was my temporary diet plan when iwanted to lose wieght super fast!it worked for me after i had my daughter. but now i eat normal.

Tw words... Weight wathchers. You get to eat the foods you want if you break down on the other foods.
