what image editing program is supposed to be used to put a person in a picture a multiple number of times?

like have a more than one body of you in the picture but with the same background

You can use photoshop. You can set different layer and put the picture in multiples times in different layers. Then you can combine them all together.

Photoshop is more powerful then paintshop pro.

Photo Shop is the best. All other SUCK ****!
