Do you want to be thin or chubby which is not fat-fat. Pricess Diana was 5'11" and 125 pounds. Lose weight and your breasts will get a little smaller. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. So you are a victim of this pandemic (epidemic).

You need to re-learn how to eat. Find out about fastest way to lose weight, slow ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Learn everything on site below. Do this and you can be thin.

Do this not, and you will remain part of the biggest pandemic in all of history. Due to this pandemic, for the first time in 100 years, the children of Americans have a lower life expectancy than their parents. Plus click on "Pure Water" to make sure the water you drink doesn't hurt you.

Probably not, I have about the same height and weight and I also have large breasts. Sometime I think I'm overweight too, but people always tell me I'm not. So just learn to like yourself the way you are. No need to starve or go on a diet. Working out isn't bad for you, though. I started riding my bike 2 miles a day for 5 days a week and it makes me feel better about myself, you should try it.

Depends on your body make-up. If you are muscular...then no you are not fat. If you feel "flabby" then perhaps all you need is additional activity (walking, biking, swimming, hiking etc) to help burn calories. You may only need to lose inches and not so much "weight." Weight resistance is a great way to lose flab with out building too much muscle.

Think healthy and don't worry about what other people say.

As women, there is a lot of pressure put on us by boyfriend/husband, media, even our closest friends and don't forget the pressure we add to our self.

You know, in our own eyes, we'll never be pretty enough, tall enough, smart enough...etc. There's always someone that has been gifted in those area we feel we are lacking...

I'm sure you have gifts, talents and blessings that others don't.

Try to be happy with who you are...and not worry so much about what others are trying to make you.

Grace to you and God Bless!

Borderline. Losing 10 pounds is a good idea for most people. Exercise doesn't have to be really intense--especially in the beginning. Add a 30 min brisk walk to your daily routine and cut out any junk food (particularly fast food and soda) and you can probably knock out those 10 pounds within a few months.

I'm probably going to get flamed for this... but my doctor recommended it and it worked for me.

Low carb... I eat all I want and lost 50 pounds... and have kept it off for years. It also brought my blood pressure down and all of my blood work is great.

check out lowcarbfriends.com ... it is a bullitin board and it has TONS of info... I was amazed at the support and friendly connections there.

I wish you the best.

btw... if you feel fat, then by all means, do what makes you feel good, but weight is just a number.... the way you are built and your lean body mass has everything to do with it.

You don't have to run to lose weight. It helps.

You should try eating 5-6 very small and healthy meals a day while staying active most of the day... lifting weights is a great way to lose weight also.

you know, we are about the same height.
but you are heavier than me, does that make you fat or overweight? well that depends, you didnt mention your frame size. and that makes alot of difference.
i feel that i weigh too much. and i would like to loose 10 pounds as well.
you need to do whatever will make you happy, besides it might be good for your mental state, just make you happier to work out.

I weigh the same as you. I exercise almost every day and I'm not fat. Think healthy rather than skinny.
