Go see a good Dr who specializes in ear, nose, and throat (ENT) and they will be able to come up with some options for you

it depends on what is causing the fluid. If it's an infection, you may be able to get antibiotics to clear it up. If it is viral, you will have to wait it out, but the doctor might be able to give you something to dry it up while the virus goes away.

We use eardrops that are made up of equal parts distilled white vinegar and alcohol. This works for swimmers ear and ear infections also.

Go to an ENT specialist and see if you need tubes. They put them in adults without any anesthesia now.
