There are two of them, from a burn. One, the top skin has come off. What to do so it won't get infected? Let it air-dry or keep a band-aid on? What's the best thing to use? They are on the hand, looks painful!

Any open wound you'll want to cover to avoid infection. Put an antibiotic cream for burns on it, and cover it with a band-aid or gauze if it's too big for the band-aid. You'll probably want to cover the other blister too, even if it hasn't popped. It will eventually, so you'll want to have it covered with cream and a bandage of some sort.

If it's just blisters you are probably OK to deal with them at home. If they are deep in the skin or there is charing on the skin, go to the doctor, this is not a burn you should deal with at home!
Assuming it's a first degree burn, carefully wash the blistered area. Soap and water are great! But if you have a little cash and the inclination, I would recommend running to your drug store and getting a bottle of BandAid's Wound Wash. You just spray it on the area and let it air dry, no rinsing and it has a numbing agent in it to kill any pain. Do not pop the remaining blister! This is your body's own bandaid! If the open blister is dry and there is no sign of an open wound, its best to just leave it alone. Once the remaining blister pops, wash the area again and keep it clean until it heals. Its your judgment if you want to put a bandage over it or not, it might protect the area, but then again it might pop the blister too just from rubbing against the blister.
Rarely do blisters get infected, keep it clean and look for signs of infection. If you see any - increased redness, swelling, hot to the touch,puss, go to the doctor.

get it red hot
pop it
and let the water out
then put some Neosporin on a Band Aide and keep it clean

Wash hand with soap and water(yes it will burn) but it is a disinfectant for the blister....Let air dry until you go to bed...Cover up till morning...You don't want to open them up during your sleep..

Keep them covered with a bandaid (you can use a tripple antibiotic ointment to keep it moist, which will speed up healing). Don't pop the other one if you can help it because skin is your protection from getting it infected.

Keep it protected and never rupture it. This will only allow infection in.
