Raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar is the best vinegar. I take a two or three tablespoons a day. ACV has become my favorite supplement. It helps break food down and helps your body remove uric acid.
ACV is acidic and makes your stomach alkaline if that makes sense. Alkaline is the way we want to be for good health. A way to test if you are acidic or alkaline is to get some cheap pH strips form a pool supply store and test your urine. Try it after taking a tablespoon of apple cider viengar three times a day for a week.

I researched apple cider vinegar for a while before I ever tasted a sip. I have not had a day with a cold or flu...allergies or any kind of gut problems since I started adding apple cider vinegar to my diet. Apple vinegar diluted in water. Cleans the intestinal track and helps digestion.

I have herd about this also, but know nothing about it. I just dont think Vinegar would be negood.

I've heard it too. I think it has something to do with blocking sugar absorbsion in the intestine or something like that.
