Well if you rub to the point that it causes a rope burn the endomorphins (natural pain killers) will likely kick in making you feel slightly euphoric. Otherwise the hemp itself will NOT make you high. Smoking the rope won't work either. How else would you think it was legal to sell hemp?
But quite honestly, I think you were high when you asked the question. Go eat some chips and a brownie already!

No you will not because a hemp rope does not contain thc which is the chemical in which you need to be high but if you want to keep trying go ahead!!LOL

no, you won't. trust me, i've been working with hemp for a while. although, once i was making a bracelet and had the end in my mouth and i got an allergic reaction and the inside of my mouth kind of swelled up. but i didn't get high.
