im always up real at night doing stuff or just awakeand i dont know what 2 eat for a late night snack ?? any ideas

if you take a bag of doritos and pop them in the oven on a cookie sheet you can melt cheese over them, mm delicious!

You want to eat something that will make your jaws work. This gives the brain the impression that a lot has been eaten. Pieces of apples, carrots, cream crackers.

Okay... either a PB&J with COLD milk.... OR... Girl Scout Cookies (I prefer the thin mints... but the peanut butter sandwiches are awesome too) with a glass of milk.

fruits and vegeatables like carrots or something because if you eat something sweet and u dont brush your teeth right after that u good get rotten teeth and besides the sweets will make you stay up all night but if you want to stay up all night then eat something like cookies with milk or something like that

I think milk because it doesn't get stuff on your teeth but it fills you up and it tastes good, if your allergic to dairy you could have some crackers or something light

A glass of water. A lot of the times your body is thirsty and you confuse it with hunger.
