I was leading a life that I was not proud of. I was unmarried, had a child and then we got married for the benefit of not having to live unmarried. Im not saying that we didn't love each other, however I knew better. I was raised in a christian church. My husband was sent out of town for work for 3 months. My mom asked me to go back to church and I said only on the weeks that hubby isn't here because I did not want to cause a conflict with him. Well to make a long story short, the very day I decided to go back to church I rededicated my life, and on the way home from work I was involved in a head on car collision~hit on highway by a drunk driver. I believe whole heartedly that my life was sparred because I rededicated my life. I even made mention to the pastor that I felt this way. No one knows for sure.
Don't get me wrong, i have constant pain in virtually every joint in my body. That was almost 7 yrs ago, and i have not looked back on my faith since. I plan to never look back ever again.

If there were a God then why would he not save the poor kids that are killed by their parents, or the battered woman who prays to God every night to save her? Or the little girls or boys being raped and molested that pray to him every night? What about all of the abuse and violence in the world? How about world hunger? Children are starving to death every single day.
Why would he let a serial killer, rapist, terrorist live and let innocent, good people die? If there were a God, why would he do that?

Jesus died so that every person on this site could have an opportunity to live, eventually, in a perfect world with no hurt, no pain, no sadness, no war, no rudeness...
That's pretty impressive. How many people can claim someone (else) died for them?

I don't know what a Mormon is. Also, I love GOD, JESUS, HOLY SPIRIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think that some replys on this question were very unappropiate. It's not like we are forcing people to believe in God, and we didn't even call them (atheists) stuff, and be sarcastic so why should they? I don't care. I love God, and ALWAYS will. Ya hear that atheists!!!!! I LOVE GOD!!!!!! God rules! Jesus Christ is my savior. I'm a believer. He is my provider, healer, father, mother. He is my everything. I LOVE HIM. Just call on the name of Jesus.
I LOVE JESUS. I LOVE GOD. I LOVE JESUS. I LOVE GOD. I LOVE JESUS. I LOVE GOD. I LOVE JESUS. I LOVE GOD. I LOVE JESUS. I LOVE GOD. I LOVE JESUS. I LOVE GOD. I LOVE JESUS. I LOVE GOD. I LOVE JESUS. I LOVE GOD. HAVE A BLESSED DAY.

I'm Pagan and I think Jesus was a cool dude. He was like Buddha and Gandhi, teaching about brotherly love and such. He was also a bleedin' heart liberal like me. I think Jesus and I would get along perfectly.

♥Praise Jesus!♥
I am forever grateful for my salvation in the Lord.
He is my comfort, my joy..my everything.
My faith, is my comfort. His Bible, is my pillow. It heals my wounds, and dries my tears. His promises make me smile, even when my pain is great. Today is bearable because I have God in my life, and because the Lord is my Savior.
