It is normal for a person who has recently accepted Jesus to speak of Him often. They are excited. Jesus has just forgiven their sins and they are no longer condemned to Hell. They are now saved and on their way to Heaven! Most people want their friends to be in Heaven also, and so speak of Jesus frequently.
A person can, however, contain his excitment and concern. You can make it a point of speaking of Jesus only when He truely fits in the conversation. It is OK to initiate a conversation concerning Him from time to time. It is important that we respect our friends, but remember, you are neither respecting your friend nor being a friend if you never tell him about Jesus.
But, YOU must decide what YOU will do with Jesus. What is more important to you -- having your sins forgiven and the resultant condemnation removed thereby granting you admission into Heaven, or your friends' approval? Heaven is forever, your friends are not.

That is generally what happens, because something has radically taken place in your life and you want to share the good news. Like we all should be doing anyway. So take the plunge and become a follower of our Lord. The bottom line is you will know where you are going and that will put your mind at great ease and life will be a joy even when trials come. And the world just does not phathom that. http://www.carm.org/doctrine/100truths.htm

Why does accepting Jesus mean you have to talk about God incessantly? It doesn't follow...
But yes, that would be annoying. It's annoying any time someone only talks about one thing. Nascar, Brad Pitt, God...

The more U talk with GOD, the more U will know what to say naturally because it will come from your heart. If your friends don't like it, then get new friends !!!

In the Gospel of Mark Jesus teaches us that we should not preach on the street corners like the hypocrites do, but to prey in private and the Father will hear you.

you won't care, you'll want to do it, only Jesus will teach you how to without being obnoxious and a pest. you'll want to spread "The Good News". When your friends see a change for the better in you and ask, what, you tell them, Jesus. God bless you.

No. Christians have other interests too, you don't have to talk about God all the time if your a Christian.
Most of my friends are Athiests sometimes and we get into our debates, but its good fun.

Yeah probably, but who cares who you annoy? I don't think its annoying to talk to others about my faith, and if they don't like it then they can choose not to engage in converstations about religion with you. God will not think its annoying and thats all that should matter.
