If its new then its something to be concerned about. Skin changes should always be evaluated by a MD or Dermatologist. It sounds like seborrheic keratosis which can be tan or brown or black. They can have a rough, bumpy, or grainy surface. Its nothing to be worried about but have it evaluated anyway. You need to be sure there isn't a cancerous growth blended in.

It could be nothing, but then again, it could be something very bad. I suggest going to the doctor and getting this all sorted out.

I wouldn't have any idea..if it looks strange or painful then you need to see a doctor and be examined..
