How do I do this without having to study the bible or take a test?

I don't think you really can. All pastors, ministers and any clergic person needs to have some sort of religious course of study at an accredited school.

If you don't want to study the Bible, I have to "answer" this question with a question. Why in the world do you want to become a pastor?

There is absolutely no question about it: If you want to be a pastor of any sort, you are going to have to study the Bible intensively, possibly even go to seminary. And judging by your noncommital post script to the original question, this may not be the job for you. You need to shepherd the flock. You will be responsible to God for the teaching and encouragement you provide. Don't waste time, please.

On the surface this could be a fascieous question. But judging from what is happening in the pastoral circles maybe not.

A true pastor isn't part-time, knows the word of God, and first and foremost is called by God.
If you are not willing to give all for God I would not recommend you wanting to enter the ministry.

A pastoral calling is one of the ministry gifts and it is not a job but a calling before God. God either calls you or he doesn't. No part time about it..

Sorry, your out of luck, everyone has to study for it. And if your not willing to work for it, then why do you want it? I mean, honestly, if you wanted it bad enough you would work for it. I suggest trying to find out what you really want, like maybe a deeper relationship with God or something of the like.
