My sister and I had went to the bathroom at a cousins. We were out of town and at someone's home we don't see much at all. I don't remember who used it last, but it got stopped up and overflowed. We did not know what to do. I don't think we even told them. We were adults at the time, too!!!

I, personally have not done the clogging, but my husband's friend was helping him on the race car and came in and plugged up the toilet ~ hahhahahhah, I was laughing so darn hard!! He was totally embarrassed when he came out of the bathroom~ I think he specifically said "ok, Sammy, this is completely embarrassing but the toilet is plugged and I think I need a plunger" poor guy! I wonder how long he stood in there debating on what to do?!?!?!?!?

This is even better, I broke my friend's toilet while going, well you know, number two. And the tank just broke. It was old and cracked already, but it decided to break right at that moment. And the water from the tank just gushed out onto the floor and went through the floor into the basement. I was mortified.

I would say something like "Hey I left a present for you in there and it's still there." You might want to go check it out."
Or I might say I can't go to the bathroom because your toilet is backed up and I don't want to make it worse than it already is.
Do you have a different bathroom? Someone stopped this one up.
See.... make it their problem.... Let them be embarrassed.

I've never done it, but I did have someone do it at my home. If I remember correctly, I told her where the plunger was so she could take care of it. That seemed to be less embarrassing than if she stood there while I tried to get the toilet unclogged.

No, but believe it of not, once I was at my friend's house and after using the 'throne' I could'nt help noticing that the seat was broken. I asked him if his toilet seat was broken and he was like 'What you broke my toilet seat?' No it was never broken, how the hell did you manage to crack a toilet seat?' in a very loud voice. Then came running in, was his two hot sisters and I felt sooooooo embarrased, i felt like dying.

oh my god, yes. i was over at my friends house during dinner and i excused myself to go to the bathroom. i backed up their toilet and i was just standing there going "oh shoot what do i do?" and then it started to overflow. so i went in there while they were eating dinner and was just like, "um, i think there's something wrong with your toilet." the dad went to go check it out and he had to call a plumber. : ( it was very embarassing. luckily, though, it was a close friend. we laughed but she didn't rub it in (too much).

Yes, but it was out in the country where everyone has septic tanks and you can't flush toilet paper down the throne, which I forgot and did.

I did when I was like 10. I was just a kid so I wasn't as embarassed. They handled it well. My sister made fun of me though.
