God is very much alive and the Bible says that HE exsisted from time indefinite to time indefinite : Psalms 90:2 Which means He has no begining or end. And as to the heavens that's where his throne is: Isaiah 66:1 But as for the dead the Bible also tells us where they are and in what condition their in. At Ecclesiastes 9"5,6,10, tells us that the dead are conscious of nothing at all, neither do they anymore have wages, because the remembrance of them has been forgotten. And in number 6 it says that their love and their hate and their jealousy have already perished, and they have no portion anymore to time indefinite in anything that has to be done under the sun.

Very good question , Latter Day Saints believe that god
was once a man, so yes we believe he passed away .
However most christians want to kill us for thinking this.

We think that all men can be perfected like he is!

when you think of god you think of an old dude with a beard so what i think is that god or gods(whatever) can die, thats why they have kids(see jesus)the only problem i have is, if god did die(from old age)his replacement(jesus)is aslo dead cause we killed him!so we are now godless and thats why every thing is going to ****.
