Of course they do. Some people have problems beyond their scope of intellect though that they really want answers for. Just by realizing this, shows that they are inquisitive... therefor, they must have a brain.

Of course they have a brain. If they didn't, they could not have asked for the advice. But hopefully, they think about the advice before they use it.

And yes I do because not every single person on earth knows everything.. in fact no one knows everything.

Therefore advice is normal part of the human's functionality of the brain.

Yep. When someone asks for advice, it's because they realize that someone else may have the answer they are looking for.

In essence, you're asking for people's advice just by asking this question...I assume you've a brain.

I think those people have a brain, but for some reaon, maybe distress or stress, they may not be able to think as clearly as someone who is not connected to them.

Of course they have a brain, but the question would be .. can they use it? or thye have a tough time making decisions

Yes albeit they probably have not had it very long and have not read the operating instructions as of yet. I am hoping for the sake of America that they all start reading soon ...real soon.
