What can I do to decide more faster and better without getting so stressed out and frustrated over the simplest of things?

Learn to not sweat the small stuff...then learn more about life and business in general so you can make the right decisions about things. Decision making is a process that starts with knowledge and ends with action.

Picture the very worst thing that could happen if you make the wrong decision. Usually its not life changing even in the worst cases. Once you've thought out the worst outcome vs the best possible outcome, you should be able to relax and make the choice a bit faster.

Example
Red Shirt or blue shirt to Mall?
Red shirt - worst thing, the red shirt won't be available to wear again til Mom does the laundry.
Blue shirt - worst thing, I spill something dark on it and have to look like a slob in front of everyone at the mall.

first see a doctor and maybe a nuerologist to ensure you do not have a treatable medical condition and if thats all good, a simple web search of natural herbs/homopathic meds for concentration will yield some good results

natural or not always consult your doctor before taking any pills or herbs as they may interfer with meds you may already be taken or may effect people with high blood pressure and/or heart desiese ( I think I watch too many commercials) lol

I know this over simplifies something tha t seems complicated for you but, just "Make them fast" or faster . If I would think before I go out for my walk each day . I would not get there.

I am the same way, even something so simple as what to eat for dinner, I'll fit over it all day, just something that simple. Its bad, I hate that feeling!

hi i think you have an anxiety issue, you should call your medical dr or find one if you think it is interefereing with your life. thats the key, if it intereferes then you need to do something about i t. i have bad anxiety too, it gets better

you may have anxiety or a dependent personality disorder.. there are some online tests.. search for personality disorder test...... that you cant ake to help you figure out what may be wrong

it's probably an anxiety issue...you should talk to a therapist
