Here in San Diego, we know them because they stand on the street corners waiting for Rich Homeowners to pick them up for a day of work.
The going rate is $10 per hour and a lunch.
For a legal worker, that $10 per hour is about $17 per hour before paying George Bush and the other government entities.
So who is the real cheat: the illegal worker or the Rich Homeowner?
