maza is a word in spanish but i want it in english

There are 2 words that get confused and they have to do with cooking. Properly speaking "Maza" is either a meat tenderizer or something to use like a club. But in some colloquial Spanish, it has come to mean "mass" as in a "mass of dough."

I have never heard maza before. Although, mazo is mallet and mazza is club in italian. maybe it relates.. i dont know. sorry

The pronounciation is the same..But there's no accurate translation,What does it mean the word?? I've never heard it before.Myabe you mean mazza similar to Italian word for club..
