No it is stored in fat tissue!

THC one of the active chemicals in pot binds to fat. Working out is not going to help. You can take stuff that might mask it but a hair test will detect it. You have to not smoke or eat it for a minumum of 30-35 days before it gets out of your body.

Yes even the smallest amout will stay up to 38 days
