Well thats a really tough one belive me ive been stuggling to find the way for about 6 mnth and ive been married for almost 2 yrs - yeah i know that its not a long time but i was preg and it seemed r"right" and i was in love w/ him but it faded and he started drivong me nut and he doesnt want to wrk to support his family but - i do love him but im not in love - i finally had to just tell him stiraght out what i was thinking -dont just beat around the bush its better for both of you -if the other knows how you feel- if you just keep stringing it along it will hurt worse in the end

Honestly, completely (without wish/wash words) and Immediately!
Start with what you like about them, end with how despite that... there is simply no way you can ever feel the way they do and you wanted to be honest since they deserve it.
It's an icky moment but you will have many more... might as well begin as you mean to go on...
