diferrence between cab beef and pga beef?

There may be a difference, or not. CAB is Certified Angus Beef and PGA is Premium Gold Angus. PGA May be an angus breed that has a name attached for marketing. After all if the name sounds good then the product is too? Your best bet is to sample the same cuts side by side and see for yourself.
