While, of course, he meant omnipotent, the answers that have been provided thus far have been demeaning and unhelpful. Here's a better answer to the question:

Appreciating the difficulty in explaining in what precisely God's omnipotence consists, Thomas Aquinas proposes that we clarify the meaning of the word "all," when we say that God can do all things, to arrive at a more satisfactory explanation of God's omnipotence. He contends that God's power extends not to all things but to all things that are possible. Hence the more precise explanation of God's omnipotence is that God can do all things that are logically possible. This is to say that everything that doesn't imply a contradiction in terms is within the scope of God's power. For example, a square circle isa contradiction in terms. Therefore, conceding that God can't create a square circle (or move an immovable mountain) doesn't undermine his omnipotence. Rather than saying God can't do these things, according to Aquinas, it is more appropriate to say that they can't be done.

omniscient is all knowing - omnipotent is all powerful
It would be a question of will not power. He has power over everything so he would have to surrender the power to move whatever size mountain he made

Everything exist for a reason. If there is a reason, God will make the mountain this size; otherwise the current mountains are sufficient to overwhelm the human race.

All powerful would mean that God has all the power and every power there is. Is making a mountain so large that he can't move it, a power that is or exists? (No, it's not). Do you see now, that that is an illogical question?

Omniscient means all knowing. So I don't see what that has to do with strength. How many times has this question been asked????

Think of God as Ultimate Reality, the Void, the Self that is the only thing - everything. Forget the dualistic and theistic stuff -- it reduces god to these paradoxes that do nothing but tease the already-teased dualistic mind.
