How do you do a elevator?

For example in cheerleading you have to go up. Two people are carring you by the feet. The you have to stand up strait.How do you do that?

Stay tight! Make sure the people are serious when they are holding you up! Otherwise it probably wouldn't be good! But basically stay tight and focused and I'm sure it will come! Good luck!
