okay this is the exact case i had with my gf...all year we taked on the phone and Imed each other and talked in school but we were never sure who lked who. the trick is to slip in little hints but don't get overly flirtatious because then you just end up freakin him out. if you guys talk close to every night on the phone then make little hints about it. sicne you are a girl u prolly won't have the guts to ask him out so drop little hints that "you're bored because you ahve nothing to do this friday." or do what 85% of guys says they agree on that it would be better if a girl asked them out. maybe he just doesn't ahve the guts to ask u so do it for him.

I know this 'cause I helped my friend get hooked up with my Best friend and they are still together and it's been about 6 months so I think I know what you should do.
First the next time you're on the phone with him or you're IM him, ask him what would happen if you told him you like him? then ask him, would you go out with me?
and from there it's all you. Just let the cards fall into place and all will go well. Oh and incase you don't know this, guys like to be asked out by girls 'cause it makes it easier for them to tell you how they feel about you.

i would say ask his friends if he likes u but never ask a friend to ask the guy out for u because they normaly

#3 they normaly end up dateing the boy instead of you
