Baked Chicken Drumsticks
6-8 Chicken Drumsticks
1/2 cup real mayonnaise
2-3 tablespoon mustard
1 cup fresh bread crumbs (made from 2-3 slices of fresh bread)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Rinse and pat dry the drumsticks. Mix the mustard and the mayonnaise together in one bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the bread crumbs, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Using a pastry brush, coat a drumstick liberally with the mayonnaise/mustard mixture, then roll the drumstick to coat in the breadcrumbs. Lay the coated drumstick on a baking sheet. Repeat for all drumsticks. Bake drumsticks at 350F for 45 minutes or until done through and juices run clear. You can double the amounts easily. You can also adjust types and amounts of seasonings in the breadcrumbs mixture to taste - I like more garlic.
Crispy Baked Chicken
2 Chicken Breasts
1 whole Egg
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Oregano
1/8 teaspoon Tarragon
1 cup Plain Bread Crumbs
Rinse the chicken breasts, remove skin, and de-bone if not already done. In a small mixing bowl, lightly beat the egg with a fork or whisk. Add pepper, oregano, and tarragon to the egg, and blend again. Place bread crumbs in a plastic bag. Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then place in the bread crumb-filled plastic bag. Shake the bag until the chicken breasts are covered with the bread crumbs. Place chicken breasts on a non-stick baking sheet (or spray the baking sheet), and spray the chick with a non-stick vegetable oil. Bake chicken in a pre-heated oven set at 350-F degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm with soup and/or salad.

Well I love to oven-fry chicken which is simply:
Dredge the chicken pieces in seasoned flour.
While you are preparing them, melt 1/4 - 1/2c butter in an ovenproof dish or metal pan.
Place the chicken in the melted butter, turning pieces to coat all sides in butter.
Bake skin side down for about 15 minutes at 350 - 400. Then turn skin side up to finish baking (another 10 minutes or so).
Drain on paper towels when you take out of the oven, let cool and you're ready to go.

Firecracker Drumsticks
8 chicken drumsticks
1/4 cup hot pepper sauce
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons yellow cornmeal
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups vegetable oil
To Marinate: Remove skin from chicken and place in a resealable plastic bag. Pour sauce over chicken, seal bag and refrigerate to marinate for at least 1 hour, up to 24 hours. The longer the chicken marinates, the spicier it will be. In another resealable plastic bag combine the flour, cornmeal and salt. Add chicken, seal bag and shake to coat. Heat oil in a large, deep skillet to medium high heat. Add chicken and fry, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes or until juices run clear. Turn occasionally to brown evenly.

Mix brown sugar, garlic powder, chili flakes, kosher salt, pepper, and onion powder. Add some butter and make a paste. Put under the skin and bake as usual. This works with whole chicken, but is better with chicken pieces

Oh yes, I bake chicken a lot!
Remove the skin, then marinade it in a combination of steak sauce, lemon juice, and a little hot sauce. Then coat it with salt, pepper, rosemary, basil, oregano, and perhaps a little ginger. Add a little more steak sauce if you feel like it, then bake until it's done.
And then enjoy!

Chipotle Sauce a million lb pink Jalapeno peppers a million/4 C vinegar 2 teaspoons salt water. instructions I smoked the peppers utilising 2 pans of hickory chips (we are a fan of hickory style) bumped off the stems and area of the seeds to diminish down somewhat on the fireplace (my youthful toddlers like it hotter). placed the peppers, salt vinegar and adequate water contained in the blender to make a mushy sauce.

prepar the chickan ,
stuff it with a garlic based stuffing (this is oppinional)
then cook in the ovan,
you can put it in an 'air pressured thing' (u know like a box, it keeps the heat stable)
and put it in your picknic thing, then start the car up, drive, to the place, put your blanket on the floor, , have a little fart...
sip your drink, then go away
LOL
