We are trying to put the symbol on our custom designed wedding bands.

Try Google images... it might take some searching, but I've had luck there before. You might want to look into celtic symbols - they might not be exactly what people are used to, but they certainly won't look like a sideways figure "8" (The second link below yielded some pretty designs.)

You can usually find a tattoo artist to draw up something that would be cool, also try your local art school. They are always looking for something new to draw.

try some tattoo parlors...they can customize a design for you
