Don't feed into her trap.
If you know she already doesnt like you, dismiss it. She is only doing that for attention and if you give it to her, then you are stooping to her level.
Warn your boyfriend as well. If he continues to "defend" her, some bells in your head should go off.

Listen to your gut instincts as that will be your guide. At times some relationships can seem like a classic Alfred Hitchcock mystery. This girls is just trying to push your emotional buttons and it is best to show her that you are better than that.
Monitor the situation as it may be after all joking if there is no proof to show that he is cheating on you. Even the best of relationships have bends and rain fall as it is not always a straight road.

She's aparently aware of your dislike and is working to get your goat - which it sounds like you are letting her do. If you and your BF are solid, he won't wander after her, and you only look insecure by flaring up against her - giving her exactly what she wants - to aggravate you.
In situations like this, hard as it is, it's best to ignore the bimbo. If she realizes she's not getting under your skin she'll toddle on along mumbling to herself. So long as you keep rising to her bait, she is controlling you, and you are letting her do so. Grow up before she does, ignore her and watch her aggravation rise at not getting your goat. Called reverse psychology. Try it, it can be pretty fun watching the lengths she will go to get your goat when you won't let her. It can actually get almost comedic if you look at it that way.

You need to talk to her alone and ask her straight up if something is going on with her and your boyfriend because you know guys dont always tell the truth because they so called dont want to hurt you and of that bull... so just ask her.

She is messing with your head and having fun with it because of the way you react to her calling you sexy, the best way to shut her down is to stop reacting to it, just ignore it and then she will more than likely stop.
