can i get a copy of my father's aspestos settlement. He is no longer alive and i would like to see it?

Do you know the Law firm that handled it. It probably wasn't much of a settlement as there were millions who filled and collected(unless a very early case)

Was it filed with a court? (Settlement agreements sometimes are). If so, do you know what court or what city/county? If so, you could look up the court's website and ask them if it is possible to get the document.
