Oven baked bread has to be just that, bread that's been baked in an oven.

Underripe means it is still too young, has not reached full flavor yet. Overripe, the opposite, it is too old, spoiled, rotten.

Ovenspring. This occurs when baking and the bread begins to rise up and become larger.

Young dough is dough that has not been allowed to sit and rise.

Retardation of dough is cooling the dough. It becomes a bit smaller thus the term retardation.

Well, how did I do?
