and since then, they have DISARMED the law abiding citizens and crime is UP UP UP!!

Keep 'em armed. The firse act of a tyrant is to disarm the people.

Here in the U S, I think we're well on our way to having them everywhere. However, I don't know if there has been a reduction in crime.
