Satan has been "speaking" all the time!
It can be proven from God’s written Word the Bible that the Gentile Times were due to run for 2,520 years. Man’s rule over all the earth has continued on down to the end of the appointed times of the nations in the year 1914 C.E. During all those years, the world of mankind has suffered under man’s rule. It has really been SATAN'S rule, for Jesus Christ pointed to Satan the Devil as “the ruler of this world,” and the Christian apostle Paul called him “the god of this system of things.” (John 12:31; 14:30; 2 Cor. 4:4) It has been Satanic!
Satan was given free reign for 2,520 years to try and prove to all creation that no human would remain faithful to Jehovah and that man does not need God’s direction. In all this time, with all the influence he has wielded, he has failed to make his claim; he's been proven a liar again and again. Now his time has just about run out! And what promise does man’s (Satan’s) rule give of peace and stability and security, prosperity and plenty, to the world of mankind?
Well, after the end of the Gentile Times in 1914 man’s rule brought on two world wars and an era of violence surpassing even that of Noah’s days before the flood. Since the end of World War II in 1945 man’s rule has made this earth an arsenal for the stockpiling of atomic and nuclear bombs of frightful killing power. The problem of poverty has become tougher than ever, while at the same time the ruining of the earth rapidly proceeds.
So much for what Satan has to say!

Who says that Satan doesn't speak for himself? Obviously you don't know your scripture. The above verse proves otherwise. Read it and weep.
That 2/3rds of the angels had the same intent as Lucifer...to be God. They were deceived by the originator of deception.
Safe driving is a great thing also but people abuse it every day and kill themselves and/or other people. So, whats your point?

Where have you been!......I agree with (angeltress), (ndtaya), (sassy bean 29), (heatmizer), and especially (mary b).........satan is speaking and doing his evil works everyday, even on this religious/spiritual forum.......PS. if a person is Spiritually Blind, then they won't be able to see it!.....check this religious/spiritual forum out!......Satan Is Speaking to Believers Everyday On this Religious/Spiritual Forum!......But GOD Is Still Exalted, And Always Will Be, And Satan Is Defeated, And Always Will Be!.....And Yes, What The Great Jahova GOD (as you call it), Has To Offer Is Greater Than What Satan Has To Offer....That's why There Are Hundreds Of Thousand Believers Serving GOD In This World Today!.......

Satan speaks through his Satanic agents. In fact, Satan controls the whole world right now:
(2 Corinthians 4:4-6) The god of this system of things has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, that the illumination of the glorious good news about the Christ, who is the image of God, might not shine through. For we are preaching, not ourselves, but Christ Jesus as Lord, and ourselves as your slaves for Jesus' sake. For God is he who said: "Let the light shine out of darkness," and he has shone on our hearts to illuminate them with the glorious knowledge of God by the face of Christ.
While a number of angels did abandon true worship to serve Satan, bible students believe the "third" mentioned in Revelation to be a figurative fraction and not a literal amount.

God lets satan to speak...it is about free will...
About the other angels, I do not quite get it..maybe they did not know how good they have it with God. They maybe listened the satan, who promised something better what God can offer.
No one has to be with God if they do not want to. Is not that great!
I choose to listen God. I want to be with Him forever!

Satan does speak for himself. Satan speaks through our action when we do something that not Godly like. Satan is doing allot of talking just look at the news.

I am not sure what you mean by your question .and only 1/3 of the angels left . God gave even angels a will of their own and they wanted to do the things that were bad

It's called free will,duh! And Satan did speak for himself. Try reading Job or when Satan tempted Jesus----read the bible. Satan had plenty to say.
