Wow, best of luck to you, I'm sorry you are suffering.
If you have truly committed to the idea of killing yourself, a reasonably high-caliber hand gun is actually completely painless when used correctly. DO NOT put the firearm in your mouth, or fire into the side of your head. The quick, painless way to commit suicide via firearm is to point the barrel squarely at your face, directly under the tip of your nose so it presses into your upper lip. Hold the gun very straight, the objective is to destroy the brain stem which results in instant, painless death. I hope you find treatment that can restore the quality of your life, but if not a semiauto can terminate your life instantaneously and painlessly.
To the people spreading that guilt-ridden judeo-christian nonsense, please stop. This person obviously has enough problems without you sheep cramming your heaven/hell garbage down his/her throat.

If your in alot of pain or real real sick with something terminal, I would go to Oregon, they have Euthanasia laws there. Dr's assist in meds so you just go to sleep. I would pray for comfort and wisdom.. I've tried the suicide stuff and if its not your time, you still will be here I'm proof of that.. Good Luck..
