Cats throw up to get rid of the hair they ingest when they wash. The dreaded hair ball. Every cat owner has to live with this.

It could be a) hairball in which case you need the cat to be groomed or b) food, it will need a change of diet or c) it has been eating grass which means it is clearing out its system for hairballs or d) depending on if it is being sick a lot it will have to go the vet.

Could be hairballs. Could be a digestive problem. He could be missing something in his diet which causes it. He could be allergic to his food. My cat pukes constantly, but he eats (ewwww) anything plastic or ribbon-like that he can find. Until I figured this out, I spent a fortune at the vet trying to get him to keep stuff down. Don't worry though...if yours is like mine, he'll grow up to be huge. Max weighs 17 lbs, despite the puke.

Keep her off food. Allow her to drink water so she doesn't get dehydrated. My cat threw up this morning, so I kept her off the food and kept her in a cool room. She might have gotten overheated and whatever food she might have had in her stomach made her sick. But I would double check with the vet just to make sure it's nothing serious.

They are fur balls. This is normal. May help to brush them so they don't have as much loose fur when they tongue-bathe.
