I need some fast answers please. What can i use for a substitute for a browner?

it depends,
you can brown some flour in a pan if what you want is to give consistency to a souce or broth.
Or use any dark souce like teriyaki, soy, A1,etc.
If you are using anything with seafood, use squid, the kind that comes in dark liquid.

Try using a touch of soya sauce. I do that lots, and it makes it taste good too! :)
