when im upset, with dealing with sibblings, family, parents or anything i listen to MUSIC. play your favorite song(s) and it should cool yooh down.

All is not lost if you can think of one thing you would rather be doing right now. Need a list? OK, here's mine. Camping, Disneyland, tubing, rafting, hiking, vacationing in the Carribean, hang gliding, reading a good book, eating a big piece of double chocolate cake with a gallon of milk, a room with 50 candles lit, my husband coming home from overseas, my dog running in just to lick my face, my friend dissolving into her ridiculous laugh, riding my bike on the Greenway in the early morning, losing 10 lbs without trying and seeing a rainbow to make a wish on!

im sorry maybe you need to surround yourself with family or friends. Or try a funny movie. Maybe turn on some uplifting music or go for a walk. If all else fails take a nap. some days just suck! here is a big hug for you ----0----- arms streched out lol. well hang in there.You may feel down but your still alive! breathe and live! hugs to you!

read some scripture, pray, then jump into a huge cake with chocolate covered strawberries and bananas on the top..

talk to people who make you happy--get in touch with your friends or do things that make you feel good about yourself. I hope you feel better!

go outside and take a walk, stop at dairy queen and get a banana split or a blizzard, go home watch a hilariously stupid movie and tell yourself that it is not as bad as it could get.

Put on some comfy cloths, eat some icecream and watch a funny movie.....this always works for me.

I don't know, you can try talk your friends or boyfriend, eat chocolate, dance...many things to do honey...
