Be there for your daughters any time they need you. It might be hard, but my mom wasn't there for me much, so I always had to turn to my aunt, and my aunt was there for me anytime I needed her. Girls need that. They need someone to talk to. Don't ask her to hold on so you can finish your work, she's your daughter. You can get your work done a few minutes later, just do your absolute best to ALWAYS be there. Take time out of your day to do things with them, take them places... talk to them. Ask them about their day, and even if they tell one of those stupid "me and my friend..." stories, act interested and pay complete attention. If they play games, ask them about it. Just be open with them and let them know they can always come to you.

You really can't manage your own business and be a good mother to your children. However, the good news is that you can be the best mother you can given the circumstances and still be good enough.
