As long as you don't weird them out, by blurting it out, or getting all gushy, it's not a big problem. Just say it, in a casua coversation, such as, "you do know, that I like you, don't you?"
Add your own words, if you would like to go further, but just keep it low key, and all will go well.

Don't tell them.

You just want to hang out with this person, right? Forever, right? Simply set up the next day or meeting, day after day month after month.

Shut up! Don't ruin it with needless words. Trust me. Smile be coy. Enjoy...quietly.

I am searching for the right answer myself on that one. What I plan on doing is just telling him how I feel the next time we are together. He will either be flattered or tell me to fly!!! Let me know what works for you!

you just have to give them a warning ... then you just have to tell them, & if they cant handle it like a true adult then its whatever.. it just happens... you just have to get brave and tell them however you feel about them and let it flow... stuff happens and when it does you cant let them being weirded out by what you said bother you

Just be honest. Be yourself. If your true self weirds them out then you weren't a good match
