For Christians this question must seem.....well wierd but for me it has merit.
I notice that anytime i am talking to a pastor or i hear a sermon or i am reasoning with any Christian of any denomination about any topic they always find some way to condem sex, or they say "i know that your young and you will get tempted to have sex"
In the bible there are many comandments and to break most of them is not a big deal but once sex is involved it is the end of the world.
1.) Catholic Priest dont have sex so that "they can remain pure"
2.) Mary was a virgin so "she was pure"
3.) Thinking about sex is a sin but thinking about murder, robbery etc is cool.
4.)Some Pastors say married people should pray before sex.
5.)Some belived that if Jesus had Sex then he could'nt have been devine
6.)Sex before marrage is a sin
7.)Some believed that The first sin was that Adam and eve had sex and that Eve had sex with the devil. (another discussion)
8.)Fallen angels had sex with women.

sex+wedding= good
sex+Love-wedding=bad
word that means sex= bad word(so bad that if i typed it, it would offend most of you and cause you to be disgusted)
So far i find that what was said by: (kewl2b4Him,queen devine, lighthead(sarcastic though) and especially rev t l clarke was helpful however it still isn't quiet resolved.
I read 1 cor 7 and it is very helpful and i've read the entire songs of solomon in the past.
The mary i was refering to as being a pure vessel was the virgin (mother of Jesus) and based on what i was told being a virgin was a criterior of being selected to bear the child.
Their are many people who would become an aethis if it was ever proven that Jesus ever had sex (so he went to the toilet, bleed, cry,etc and he is devine but if he had sex then he could not be) that is their resoning.
Basically christianity seems to be structered against the act if you take these and many more things into consideration.

Without sex we would not exist so it's survival, not evil.
It's a pleasure to be enjoyed with responsibility, just like many other pleasures on our earth.

Sex is neccesary for life. It is not a sin, it was taboo a long time ago. Think about the puritans and how anti-sex they were. "Aaah you had sex, you're a witch." C'mon, i don't believe in that Adam and Eve bs but really if they were real they would have needed to have sex. I don't believe in sins. Anyone could have hated something and called it a sin and put it in the bible. Having sex doesn't mean you're not "pure". haha catholic priests, what a joke. I don't think there is a god, therefore there are no sins and I live a happy life.

I don't know where you dug some of that up, but ... some of it is way out there! Sexual intercourse is a gift from God to be shared between husband and wife, as an intimate expression of their love and for procreation. By getting married we are in a committed relationship which is a solid basis to begin a family (procreate). Yes, I know all about the divorce rates. Sex outside of marriage is a sin. Sex between same-sex partners is a sin.

No. Read Songs of Solomon/Song of Songs. Sex is beautiful. There is nothing "impure" about it. GOD would never have given this gift if was evil.
However, just like anything else that GOD gave us for our pleasure, the Devil has found ways to corrupt and defile the beauty of sex. There are biblical standards we must keep. I would ask a pastor about the details or do the research yourself.

Sex between a husband and wife is not a sin - in fact it is righteous, holy, and required for married couples (read 1 Corinthians 7). Also read Song of Songs in the Bible (it's a short book). It is essentially all about sex.
Unfortunately the topic of sex has been tainted over the years and no one looks to the Bible anymore for instructions on sex.

actually, sex is very sacred of a thing as long as it is not for the self pleasure or lust, but for the jooyous thing of giving life. a lot of your staments are from all over the place. satans angels sleeping with women is a protestant thing. they say because of that, God sent the flood. God sent the flood for other reasons, read the bible. yes, may was a virgin, and if you read wisdom, it talks a lot about how those who are virgins recieve extra graces, but sex is a responsiblity...I know what I am saying is probably going to deaf ears, but oh, well, hopfully it make some impact...

It seems to me that one of God's first commands was to "be fruitful and multiply." But as in everything else, moderation is the key. God's laws of moderation regarding sex can be found in Leviticus. Sex is good as long as it is not a forbidden relationship.
Not all religions/denominations believe in original sin.
Jews do not believe in the doctrine of original sin. This is a Christian belief based on Paul's statement, "Therefore just as through one man sin entered into the world, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men, because all sinned" (Romans 5:12). The doctrine was fully developed by the church father, Augustine of Hippo (354-430).
According to this doctrine, hereditary sinfulness is inescapably transmitted to human beings by their parents, starting with Adam and Eve. It is alleged that only acceptance of Jesus as savior from sin can redeem a person from sin. All those who do not accept Jesus as their savior from sin are condemned to eternal suffering in hell.
Whether man is a sinner by nature or not is immaterial. Judaism teaches the biblical way to repentance and reconciliation with God. Sincere repentance in which the sinner pledges to rectify his sinful ways and lead a righteous life is one means that is open at all times to all of humanity (Jonah 3:5-10, Daniel 4:27). God counsels Cain, "Why are you annoyed, and why has your countenance fallen? If you do good [that is, change your ways], will it not be lifted up [that is, you will be forgiven]. But if you do not do good, sin rests at the door; and it desires you, but you may rule over it" (Genesis 4:6-7). God informs Cain that repentance and subsequent forgiveness are always open to him. The remedy for sin is clear. Biblically, God's loving-kindness depends on right conduct and extends to all humanity.

sex is a beautiful thing created only to happen within a marriage. and only then will it be truly enjoyed. i have never heard of somone praying before sex. God created sex for our pleasure. Eve sinned by eating from the tree of life, a tree that God told her not to. i know that angels didn't have sex with women. Jesus coudn't be born to just anyone! he had to be born to a christian girl who was still pure.
sex isn't "evil"

LOL! You wouldn't by any chance be a young man, say about fourteen or fifteen years old?
I have to ask, because you seem very preoccupied with sex, and I have raised three sons of my own.
To answer your question:
No, sex is not evil. Sex is a gift of God, given to enhance the love between a man and a woman in a committed marriage relationship.
Don't let Satan fool you with his counterfeit.

No, sex is not evil only the church makes it to be a sin again to control the masses. If you believe in God, ask yourself why would he/she create something as beautiful as sex to express Love if it was evil. So don't believe the church for that is a creation of man to control people.
