It would only sting if you had a cut. Im trying to understand your question. Are you talking abou pepper that you add to food? If you get some on your hands wash thoroughly with wash up liquid and after rub with suger. Afterwards taste your finger/s to see if there is any pepper still on them. Try not to use your fingers to rub your eyes otherwise you will have serious problems.

the pepper hurts or the hand? If the pepper hurts take your hand away. If your hand hurts do the same thing. Aloe Vera is good for burns.

Wait till it stops. Washing your hands might help a bit, but you still have to be careful not to touch any sensitive parts of your body - eyes really hurt and so will your johnson.
