I am under constant stress during the day, because of my college coursework deadlines,
and I eat huge portions every 5 hours, I sleep at 2:00 am,I am up at 8,then I sleep at 6:00 pm,I am up at 10:00 pm.
I feel like I have a flu or sore throat, but then my stomach is like a washing mashine.and I have headaches.
PLEASE TELL ME WHAT EXACTLY IS WRONG WITH ME?
IS IT THE STRESS?
SOMETHING I ATE?
OR SLEEPING PATTERNS?
WHAT CAN I DO?

hey beautiful stop stressing and start relaxing, start eating at regular times and sleeping normal hours, go and enjoy yourself and put the books away you will feel a lot better for it and recharge those flat batteries. Your body is noy use to all these irregular times just do a little readjusting and you will feel and look a million dollars

sounds like the stess has messed up your sleeping and eating patterns leaving your body in a kinda shock i suggest you try to relax and get your body back on a schedule you can see a dr or a counseler to help you deal with all of your stress

Headaches can mean sugar problems or caffeine withdrawl. Look it up and get to the doctor. And remember, both lack of sleep AND stress can make any health condition worse.

it's temporary don't worry
once you finished your work, you will be relieved of your stress, and I suggest that the first thing you do is exercise and get yourself back to good health
then you won't even have a craving for food or sleep
