Whenever I am in class, I pay a good deal of paying attention, I take notes but, whenever there is a quiz I forget everything...I have no idea whats wrong but EVERYTHING disapears from my mind, I don't just forget the stuff we learned, I forget we even had a class that day. Do you think I should see a doctor about memory or not? I don't know what I should do or whats wrong!

If you think your memory is suddenly not working as well as normal, then yes you should see a doctor and get a CAT scan or something.
If you are wondering about how to remember facts when you are taking a test, the best way to know you are ready for a test is to simulate the test before taking it with flash cards, or quizzing yourself. Keep track of which ones you remember and which ones you don't, then study the ones you couldn't remember and quiz yourself on those. Repeat this until you remember everything, then do a full mock test with all the possible questions that could be on the test. This is a very thorough way to study, but you will get an A every time guaranteed.

well , it depends for most quizzes you need to learn/study before. Maybe the problem is there.
Maybe you don't make associtions or not reflect about what was said in class. Also try to repeat the lesson several times. Take it slowly and impose realistical objectives.
Before the quizz be sure that you sleep well( dont study in the previous night). Also before quizz be sure that you ate well and you feel relaxed.
I forget too about my schedule - this is information that is more hard to remember because it's like a phone number. Don't worry about this. Just keep a schedule somewhere on your desk and look to it one day before.

Yes, you should see a doctor! It could be anything from lack of sleep to something more serious. He can run tests that can figure it out and help.

You should definitely mention this to your doctor. It sounds like it could be anxiety, which is common. If it is affecting you to this degree it probably needs to be managed, though. There are lots of options to help!

It sounds like test anxiety, and it isn't uncommon. Research it on the web, and if it is really impairing your grade or you can't seem to get rid of it yourself, see a psychologist.

Depending on your age, certain tests may be needed. But it happens to normal people, "normal" people with normal people also develop forgetfullness owing to number of unknown factors, it is not to worry, the more the worry, the more the strain.
thanks.
