Do not make a high goal, first of all. It's a health risk to lose more than 3 pounds a week. Besides, that much in a week would probably be water weight, which comes right back.
Try taking a walk for 30 minutes a day, adding 10 minutes each week. Once you get up to an hour long walk, start biking or running for 20 minutes a day, adding on minutes once again. By the time you are biking for an hour a day, just keep at it and you'll keep losing.
Remember to EAT YOUR BREAKFAST. Eating Breakfast will reduce your hunger and increase your energy throughtout the day. You should have a large breakfast, smaller lunch, and light dinner. Or you can have multiple small meals throughout the day. Avoid snacking at night, and when you really want junk food, eat a half serving and substitute the other half with a fruit or veggie. Make sure you drink water too, it's helpful in losing weight faster. Be sure to lay off soda...it's high in cals.
That's how I lost 80 pounds of fat and gained 20 pounds of muscle, myself. I went from being 5"3 and 192 pounds to 5"6 and 131 pounds in 6 months (I'm 13 and still growing). It has been really easy to mantain my weight now, too.
Best of luck!

Slimfast and trimspa will more than likely help you lose some weight but are only a quick short term fix. You more than likely will gain back any weight you lost when you return to your regular diet.
The best way to lose weight is to cut out the carbohydrates and high fat foods in your diet. Speak to a good dietitian who can recommend a healthy diet for your age and ideal weight. Also you need to find an exercise you can do and stick with since burning those extra calories will help the excess weight melt off.

Fat is made by what goes through your stomach. Cut down, cut way down on the amount that you eat. Eat real small portions at each meal. No snacks - - - none, ever. If you're not loosing weight, make the portions still smaller.
At 200 lbs for a 15 year old is entirely too much. If you don't take strict control of your appetite you'll end up a side-show freak.
Show that you can do it. No matter how good that tasty food looks, it doesn't look as good as a beautiful shapely body. Go for it. It's well worth the effort. Food is good, but I'm betting that you're much better.

Loosing weigh is a committment and can be rewarding. Being only 15 you should eat a well balanced diet fruits and vegetables, grains and meat.Cut out the high calorie snacks and sodas, eatting three meals and a healthy snack. Also doing more walking, bike riding, roller skating , some sort of exercise daily.Drinking plenty of water. You don't need a fad diets just wiser choices and healthier eating.Don't think of it as a diet jusy healthly eatting to a better and healthy you. Also I myself wouldn't tell a soul just do it and be happy.

it depends one your body. one of the safest ways for everyone is to cut all your meals in half, exercise daily, dont eat late at night, cut out all snacks and between meal stuff etc. keep yourself ocupied that helped me a lot when i was 11 and overweight.
What worked for me was staying out with friends all day every day untill 5pm i didnt evern think about food. Then i came home and ate an awesome dinner. then i did regualr exercises about an hour later every night and jumped rope.
This worked for me but ask your parents what they think dont just listen to me ok. I hope this helps

try a natural way I guess....diet and exercise so your body will slim down slowly. let's say you were fine with those slimming tabs will you resort to it the next time you gain? diet and exercise will not only help you get what you 'll aim but will teach you self discipline something you can carry on for a lifetime. you will also loose weight at the same time firm your muscles

It's a combination of diet and exercise--not a quick solution like a miracle shake.
