I owned a labrador and he was the best dog I have ever had. So loyal and playful! And he was so easy to house train! He was stolen though... :(
I now own and miniature dachsund and he is such a sweet and good dog. Very small which makes him easy to take care of and be an in house dog.

Gorgeous White Siberian husky who acts like a golden retriever... however, it took 2 months of regular puppy daycare (to socialize with other dogs) and 1 month of constant professional training... I dropped him off and picked him up 31 days later. Total cost 1500.
Do your dog and you a favor - if you can't pay for adeqate training or aren't willing to put the time in - don't get a dog! He and I would be miserable if we didn't go through these steps. He deserved that kind of love from me. He is now 6 and my best companion... He's my little buddy (lil' bud)... and he's just awesome...

Right now I own a Longhair Chihuahua female named Chichi.
Two 9 week old female Wirehair Terrier/Pomeranian mix Sasha looks like the Terrier and Sheba looks like a black Pomeranian.

2 German Shepherds and 1 Rottweiler. The two older ones are Schutzhund titled and protection certified and the younger one is on his way to it. All three are full working line dogs.

For snuggling while you're watching TV, a mini daschund is great. For walking in the park though, nothing is better than a Great Dane. Everyone can't help but stop and admire their regal gait.

I have a chocolate lab, a cocker spaniel mix, and i just lost my fav. dog Tipper he was a pomerian. I lost him two days ago. He got bit by a spider and past away. I am very sad.
