I'm going to start wear linses. I don't go to doctor cause i know my eyes. What company and what the name will be better? I have eyes with -3,5 both

You will need a contact lens prescription before you can buy contact lenses. You may be wearing eyeglasses now with -3.00 Rx in both eyes, but your contact prescription MAY be different from that.
Don't just put any lenses in your eyes...have your eye doctor check you. Without proper care, you may wind up with a corneal abrasion or worse, a corneal ulcer.

You will have to be fitted for the contact lenses. The Dr has the equipment to determine the surface of your corena.
Then when that is done he will recommend which lense is better for you
