water is always better. soda is full of sugars and carbs that your body needs to burn. water will simply flush and refresh the system

Water or soda water is ok..but not flavored soda water with added sugar it makes you more thirsty.
Drink until your wee is clear and you will know you are hydrated enough. That is the key to it all, to make sure you don't go thristy :)

Water all the way. Sodas, like Coca-Cola for instance is really gross. Coca-Cola is used as a cleaning agent for toilet bowls, is used by Cops to remove blood from off of the highways/streets, and can disolve a 12 oz. T Bone steak in about 2 days. Just imagine what the sh!t does to your stomach?

Secret, Hun: You can make your own "Gatorade" very cheaply, by mixing :
1/4 cup orange or any juice--lemon, lime, cranberry,grape, or even prune juice, etc.
A couple of shakes from the salt shaker;
and the rest, 3/4 cup ratio, just water.
Pour tap water into a open pitcher every night, so the bad gasses can leak out, and the sediments can sink to the bottom.
Refrigerate it, overnight, and pour it into your juice/salt cocktail.
Instant Sports Drink!

WATER SILLY! Soda can act as a over stimulant in your system from all of the sugar and caffeine, which sends your metabolism into hyper mode. drink lots of water, it is the best thing for you!
